Tamu Samaj Victoria Dashain Tihar BBQ 2015

Tamu Samaj Victoria has organized its first ever Dashain Tihar BBQ on 21st Nov Saturday at Coburg Lake Park. Tamu Samaj Victoria formally organizes Lhhochhar, Buddha Jayanti and AGM every year. The Dashain Tihar BBQ program was another very successful program to facilitate get-together and share the festive wishes among Tamu and others residing in Victoria. Around 150+ people attended the event.

AGM held on 9th Aug 2015 at Coburg Park

Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Tamu Samaj Victoria was held at Coburg Park on 9th Aug 2015. A very good gathering of over 30 Gurung people participated in and contributed to the lively meeting. A delicious BBQ was organized by the committee to prepare the attendees for the over 4 hours long meeting. The kids also enjoyed a plenty of activities at the nearby playground.

Buddha Jayanti 2015

This year’s Buddha Jayanti was organized by Tamu Samaj Victoria at Clifton park, Victoria Street, West Brunswick on Sunday 9th May 2015.
