TSV ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2018

Event Description :

Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Tamu Samaj Victoria was held from 1pm to 5pm on 12 Aug 2018 at Coburg Library Meeting Room. President Mr Pahalman Gurung chaired the meeting, and Secretary Milan Gurung coordinated the meeting proceedings.

 

As per meeting agenda, discussion and decision was carried out on

 
1/ TSV activities in 2017/18 and plan in 2018/19 – President Pahalman Gurung

 
2/ amendments to TSV Constitution and approval as a special resolution – Arun Gurung

 
3/ TSV Cultural activities in 2017/18 and plan in 2018/19 – Cultural Centre Coordinator Arun Gurung

 
4/ TSV financial reports update and budget forecast in 2018/19 – Treasurer Dipu Gurung

 
5/ TSV Magazine publication update – Dr Mohan Gurung

 
6/ Cultural artist group activities – Mabi Gurung

 
7/ Nomination and election of Assistant Secretary Prabin Gurung, and Assistant Treasurer Dhan Bahadur Gurung – Executive committee

 
8/ Tamu Culture Day 2018 – event coordinator Prabin Gurung

 

The executive committee would like to thank all the attendees present in the AGM, and also would like to congratulate and welcome on board two young generations Assistant Secretary Prabin Gurung and Assistant Treasurer Dhan Bahadur Gurung.

 

The plan for 2018/19 will be shared among wider Tamu Samaj through various channels – viber groups, online, meetings and events. Please stay tuned and contact executive committee if have any questions/suggestions.
