VIRTUAL TSV AGM 2021 ON ZOOM

Event Description :
Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Tamu Samaj Victoria was held from 11 am to 1:30pm on Saturday 7 August 2021 virtually on ZOOM. Around 27 participants joined and contributed to the AGM. Two main sessions were organized as follows:
First Session : FY 2020/21 Activities Reporting
TSV President Mr Pahalman Gurung along with Mr Arun Gurung presented the financial report to the AGM. It was approved as it is. No other activity was done in the last financial year.
The President thanked the executive members and other committee members for their hard work, contribution and commitment to TSV community. He declared the end of committee’s 2-years term.
Second Session : Election of Committee Members for 2021-2023 Term
Election Commissioner Mr Arun Gurung conducted the session. Under the framework of current TSV constitution, he gave an overview of the purposes, eligibility criteria, positions and responsibilities of the committee members.
As no candidate came forward until the deadline 30 July 2021, the current executive, board and advisory members consulted to put forward a list of names for the vacant positions. Following persons are officially elected for the positions for 2021-2023 term.
